I HAVE USED SERVICE MASTER MANY TIMES. I HAVE ALWAYS ENCOUNTERED KNOWLEDGABLE AS WELL AS PERSONABLE EMPLOYEES FROM SERVICE MASTER. EMPLOYEES SEEM TO "CARE" ABOUT THEIR JOB WHICH MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE FACE/FACE WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
I liked my tech's attention to detail. Furthermore, he alerted me that I had an issue with some loose tiles that needed to be repaired.
Paul was our technician and that is what I like the best. I have been requesting him for years and years and he is fantastic. He is definitely the reason I call service master. Also the young ladies that answer the phones when I call to schedule service are always very friendly as well.
Cleaning was thorough and quick. Technician was polite.

The technician who I request, Paul, is the main reason I keep calling service master. The staff who answers the phone and schedules the visits are great as well but Paul is just exceptional. He is excellent at what he does and as nice as he could be! Don't loose him.

I had an emergency and you where right there within hours. Jermaine was incredible. Such a nice young man and I felt like in this awful situation he just jump right in and took care of it all, no complaints. Went extra steps to remove stain,when he left area had a blue stain left behind, told me to wait 48 hours, i did and it was gone. GREAT JOB JERMAINE

Charles came by first to give us an accurate picture and cost of what would be done. Scott, who did the actual cleaning, was professional yet friendly and did a vet through job. Thanks Servicemaster!
Our technician Dontrel was very professional and did an awesome job on my carpets.
Charles responded immediately to my request, and within two days, your Tech was on the job cleaning and deodorizing areas in my home where a cat had misbehaved. My home is back to normal and I am truly grateful to the professional handling of my situation.
Paul Johnson is prompt and works really hard while he is here and does a superb job. Don' t think I would use anyone but Service Master.
