Excellent intense workout that would not be achieved if working out of own. Love the running component, very few gyms have an even amount of running and weights. EXCELLENT instructors who seem to not only love coming to work, but getting the best out of people during their workout.
I like because is different to any gym, one hour burn calories good music it is great!!
Heart rate monitoring. So you can keep an eye on where you at and not compare yourself to others. As a non competitive person it really works for me.

That it's personalised - you compete against yourself but with a scientific understanding of how your level of intensity is affecting your overall workout. I also like the range of activities, I felt like I was working on every aspect of my fitness - cardio, strength and power.
