Good customer service and good product
No issues with trailer repair, just when we came to pick up trailer the payment part not so good, they could not log in to computer to take cash payment. They need to correct this because we never got a proper receipt for repair

I scheduled a time to pick up my trailer after an inspection and I had to wait longer than I would expect. I stood for more than 10 minutes before anyone even approached me. I did not ask but the inspection was not gone over with me. I might expect the service person person might say everything looks good, or any questions

I am a repeat customer of Colton RV. Both campers that I bought were 6 years apart. The first camper purchase was great and Colton stood by the product through my entire ownership period. When I traded it it, I was still in love with it.
When it was time for me to upgrade, their service and support paid off and I received a great trade in on my new camper.

Professional service
We have been customers of Colton since ordering a 2012 Tiffin class A at the Hershey show. That was a great experience from the purchase to the servicing. Then decided we wanted a bigger Tiffin class A and traded and purchased another in 2015. We have always brought it back to Colton for service and have always been met with kindness from the time we walk through the door and our service and answers were alway done timely. Our service in April was great Sean P was our advisor and we were very pleased with how the kept us updated on the progress.
