Everything went well. We only had a few small problems and those were taken care of quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. Be sure to spend your first night out back on the pads with the fire pit and chairs!
Technician and salesman were excellent
It was just an inspection for the first time and we were out even before appt time. Hoping that should we ever need service it will be a quick turnaround
The last two times I came in was for none normal service. I was handled wonderfully and the plaice was reasonable.
Awesome experience. Made appointment, they were there and expecting me. All service and repairs completed expeditiously, staff is always friendly and professional, very pleasant. All work completed and ready for pick up sooner than promissed.
We just bought our second Rv from you. Kevin L. made the the business part so easy and fast. He was great to work with. Returned my calls, answered any questions I had. This is our 4th camper-Rv, and this time it was the fastest and easiest experience we’ve had. Service department and the parts guys answered our questions and helped us with what we needed. Over all would recommend you to anyone wanting to purchase a new or different camper or Rv!! .

Mike Scinta was great, we first sat with him and discussed what we wanted to do, how we would use our trailer, our likes and dislikes, he took his time with us, and I think we ended up with the perfect retirement home!!!

I am happy with your service finance parts and sales department. I think a better coordination for the few days we were at colton taking delivery would have improved our experience. I acted as the coordinator but this should be more coltons responsibility. One person liason between colton and myself would have nade things easier.
Obviously the bad part was the flat tire on my brand new rv 60 miles out brought your 10 rating to a seven. I found the leaking tire monday nite when i turned on the rv. The dash screen flashed in bright yellow low air pressure with a 59 psi reading on my outside rear tire. You guys had drove it into the shop how come no one reported it. Fixing this new tire with a plug was a mistake. My roadside assistance guy stated that rv tires can not be plugged.
In the final analysis a brand new rv should have has a brand new tire not a patched tire. As this leaking tire was found Monday nite and i left friday you had plenty of time to find a new tire. Again one stop shopping with one person for me to talk to would have coirdinated this.
Our being stuck on the ny thruway with a flat tire ruined my good experience at colton. I would like a call back from a over all colton manager. Steve epstein Phone number removed
