We liked how informative your staff is - Colin was very helpful, as well as every other person we spoke with, and we never felt as if we were being pressured into anything. From the trailers we looked at, to options, to accessories - it was all explained to us and choices were ours to make. We have heard not so great stories about purchases elsewhere - being newbies to the camper-owning world, we are grateful that we dealt with Colton RV for the first one.

Great salesman "Big Dave", he help me to get the perfect trailer and help me through the process of getting it, introduced me to the service department making sure that I got all the accessories I needed to get it set up. The service department was great in the way the parts supervisor the installation, instructed in using the trailer and accessories. I would highly recommend that if any looking for a RV, Trailer, or Accessories in the North Tonawanda's, or the Colton Trailer in the South Towns.

There was no communication when I tried to set up for the warranty problems and why I had to keep emailing your contact to find out what was happening. Service was great when he got here. They knew what they were doing and did it in a short amount of time.

Once I finally got customer service after 2 years from Casey Colton. Lawrence took care of us in op service and was very genuine. I checked DVD player and it still was playing in black and white. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was great with trouble shooting why the DVD player still wasn't playing in color. He was able to figure it out.
Good service. No place is perfect but I feel they do good by me.

Great Staff very helpful
I came in just to look around and Matt showed me some used travel trailers in the price range I gave him (Low).
We looked at several but either my wife or I found something about them we did not like.
Matt found one more (a little above the price range I gave him) but it had everything my wife and I were looking for.
At the end of the day we did not come to terms on a final price ( not yet ) but I really appreciated Matt’s effort and time he spent on us.
