The service manager was great to deal with and always kept us updated and the work was excellent. The only issue I had was they could’ve cleaned the inside of the camper after the work was done but other than that everything was great.

Harvey and Jake took great care of my needs for adding a tow plate to my Jeep.bI was impressed with the work. I was also impressed with everyone in the office, friendly and professional.
Setting a appointment was super easy and got me right in the following day. Additional repairs were done right away and was able to pick up trailer following day.
Cassie who took my call was great to deal with and went over the entire process from check in to what would happen if any other repairs were needed. She even stepped up to help check me in due to advisor shortage.
Jim L took the time to come out explain the additional repairs needed in order to pass new york state inspection. He made sure I didn't have any other questions.
Tech bob unhooked the truck and trailer for me when found needed brakes replaced. WOW talk about going the extra mile.
Parts were pricey but due to being able to perform repairs right away made it worth it.

During the week of February 6th, my wife and I came to the North Tonawanda service center of Colton RV to exchange our Allegro Red 33A for a 2023 Wayfara 25 LW. The center's staff did all they could to make the turnover and introduction process to the new unit as seamless, informative, and stress-free as possible. We want to note the exceptional and thorough work of Austin Trombitas who lead us through the unit walkthrough, answered our questions on the unit's intricacies, and ensured all our requested add-ons were accomplished. Please give our thanks to all the Center's staff for their work and the attention they lavished on us during our visit.

We had a very nice and smooth buying process with the North Tonawanda location. Everyone we worked with Brynna, Robert and Ben were knowledgeable and very helpful! I would recommend going to them for a purchase of a new or used Rv.
This is our 3rd unit that we purchased from Colton. Erin was patient, understanding and answered all our questions, Bill in service and Justin took care of all our concerns. Always a great experience. We have had all of our units serviced by Colton with no issues and no long waites or delays. Always delivered as promised. If you need a camper, I recommend Colton.

Colton makes sure that before we leave the lot we are satisfied. Everyone there is super friendly and very customer service oriented. They're technical expertise is better than any that we've encountered in the area.
We picked up our coach on 2/15/23 and on the walk thru we found some problems and stayed over night to have them taken care of. At no time did any one go over the very large binder in the coach which we discovered once we got home. In the binder it did state dealer responsibility was to deliver the owner information package. Assist customer in completing the registration forms ect. We were there for 2 days and no one went over this. It would have been nice to have had this binder during those 2 days to review. We had several questions and concerns. We spoke with Jeff and he stated Chuck our salesman should have reviewed this with us. Chuck had stated he was surprised Jeff did not review several things with us and inform us of the club and other things that could be beneficial to us. He said this was probably because we did not purchase an extended warranty and other extras. We have sent Chuck pictures of our concerns regarding items that needed to be taken care of with no response from him. We sent him another message today and he did send a message back today stating we should call the parts department or priority rv network. No call to us at all. He had told us before we bought the coach how great customer service is at Colton RV and how helpful everyone is and when we left to go back home with the RV he stated to call him anytime. Also the parts department was supposed to order some warranty items and send them to us but a month went by and nothing was sent to us. I did talk to Shawn in service and told him we may just go to Red Bay and have all our issues taken care of there. We are taking our first trip starting April 3rd and will just make Red Bay one of our stops. We are so very disappointed in the way everything has been handled. It’s a lot of money we spent and it sucks to be so disappointed. We really thought Colton RV would be different. ☹️
Ben did a great job. He took control of contacting Insurance company and getting all repairs done.
Service is a+++. Ren (Kerensa) is an asset to the company. She is professional sincere and always friendly. All personal have been very professional and respectful. Repairs and work on our motorhome were done shortly after parts arrived. The only holdback on parts was a delay in getting them, not lake av. Colton.

Product seemed of fair quality. Service was good until the end when we waited in my opinion to long for them to bring the camper around, then when they did the guy walked past my husband said nothing so my husband, waited again until someone came and said it was ready. I would say we wasted an hour.

Sincere thanks to Wesley Toth at Colton RV in Buffalo, NY. Wesley was instrumental in helping with reasonable hotel accommodations (4 miles away), acquiring a free loaner car, and explaining the details of purchasing a 2023 Airstream Bambi 22FB with partial credit in order to receive a $3,000 discount. The final price for this Airstream was the best that I could find on the East Coast! It was well worth the drive from the NYC area to Colton RV in Buffalo NY to get such great personal service and the best price. If You want you can also stay for free on their luxurious 12 pad camping ground with water, 50W hookups, and fireplace. With the best price on the East Coast and exceptional personal service, we will be back for any needed service or upgrades.
