It was quick,thorough, and didn't leave any weird smells
i like that no harsh chemicals or soaps are used. there is no stiff or sticky feeling once the carpet has dried. i also like how my carpets look. stains are gone and it is fluffy again.
Called because of a promotion....then there was a minimum ( almost three times the promo) OK... then I upgraded $50 for some extra scent.
My entryway has a triangle (about 5")and strip down and around the hallway wall where it was missed It was not a large square footage job. The guy that cleaned it was very nice , professional and this is not a reflection on employee only the service

does a good job of cleaning carpets
The person that came to clean my carpets preformed magic. I didn't think that my carpets were going to become so clean. I have lived in the house for 8 years had pets and my daughter so there was quite a bit of stains and when he was done, it was like I just had new carpet put in.
The job was done right and the person worked very hard doing it. The confusion of the "discounts"
bothered me. The actual cost turned out to be roughly the same...it's just a nuisance and waste of time to have to "think thru" issues like this.

Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning a very soiled carpet and the Zerorez representative was very courteous, very professional and most helpful in getting us an excellent result.
We had a terrible strain and Barry was able to finally get it out while keeping the carpet nice!
The gentleman that came out was great. Professional and polite. Everything looked great after he was done. However, 24 hours later the carpet looked about the same as it did before, with the exception of a few spots that had been removed. We had a couple areas of high traffic that really needed to be brushed or agitated in some other way to lift the carpet fibers before cleaning. This wasn't done as far as I could tell. I went through the following day and used a stiff brush in these areas. The carpet fibers lifted nicely, yet reveled a fair amount of debris and dirt that had been trapped in the carpet. Because these areas were not brushed or agitated prior to the cleaning, the dirt was trapped and the area looks the same as before. I thought this would be a standard procedure when hiring a company to clean the carpets. It is a standard procedure for myself had I done the carpets. This was disappointing and we feel the carpets should have been much cleaner than they were after hiring a company to clean them.

Hi, I have listened to your ads for years on 104.1 The Fish. This year, after my mother-in-law's emergency gall bladder surgery, her follow up infection, my father-in-law's third knee replacement, followed by another knee procedure and his worsening alzheimer's symptoms, we decided to give them a gift that didn't collect dust. One that would clear their house of pet smells and make them feel fresh and clean without any chemicals. I have absolutely no complaints about the job that was done by the ZeroRez guy. He did fabulous and my in-laws love the carpets. My mother-in-law said it looks like they have new carpets. For that reason, I absolutely would recommend your company again. The part that is hard to swallow is the price. We had a very tight budget, which I explained on the phone. When going over the cost on the phone, I was sure we had over-budgeted our $200. I realize the rep on the phone explained that if there are any pet proteins in the carpet, and they weren't treated properly, it would just get spread around the rest of the carpet. I thought we had it figured out. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law ended up paying another $331 to treat all the rooms we wanted cleaned, on top of our $200. It ended up being a gift she had to pay for. The day was already set aside. My father-in-law's routine had already been disrupted. The furniture was already moved, and we promised clean carpets, so we felt we had no choice. Also, the carpets took a lot longer to dry than what was explained to me on the phone. The end result is beautiful carpets which I cannot complain about, so we are very thankful for that. I am not sure what the solution is. Maybe, when advertising your special, and the radio personality dejour mentions anything about pets, make sure you are clear that it is an additional $80 per room, and that the special rate of $99 for three rooms is not available in all cities. Tyler did our living room carpet, entry area rug, and an upholstered recliner. All three got a new lease on life. The area rug was a real challenge but it now looks brand new.
The cleaning didn't take very long, and the guy was nice and friendly.

I have had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer many times. They do a sufficient job, but they use chemicals to clean. I really like the fact that you are chemical free. I also liked what the carpet rake did. It pulled stuff out of my carpet that a vacuum or a carpet cleaning service would not have otherwise pulled out.
I like that my place and my sofa didn't smell like chemicals, and the technician was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do.
GET RID OF THE 4-HOUR WINDOW ARRIVAL TIME. I SCHEDULE PEOPLE AND AM ABLE TO GIVE THEM A 1/2 WINDOW FOR ARRIVAL.

The technician was wonderful and we appreciated the call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival, that informed us of his arrival and his name.
The carpets dried quickly, and were cleaner than any other service I've had before. Technician was on time and courteous, and worked very hard.
No stiffness or feeling of residue after carpets cleaned. My carpet throughout looks beautiful & I WILL use Zerorez again - have already shared my experience with others. Thank you for your service. Love not using chemicals. Name removed

The carpets are super clean. I cancelled this appointment and said I would reschedule in email as well as voice mail. Received personal reply to both medsages confirming my cancellation. Cleaners showed up anyway, and by chance caught my husband at home on a day off. Poor service (getting information to cleaners), great product.
Totally impressed with how quickly the carpets were cleaned, how quickly they dried, how friendly the tech was, how really soft and fluffy the carpets were after they dried. Maybe we FINALLY have a carpet cleaning service I am happy with!! I used my eliptical for 30 min. today and afterwards I did my stretching..........my footprints showed up on the carpet it was so fluffy from the cleaning!

Not prepared with portable unit to clean carpets when the appointment had been scheduled with full awareness one would be needed due to 3rd floor location.
Very full and efficient did a very good job and the guy was pretty nice to us and I and it didn't take a whole lot of time plus you help me move my furniture which was a blessing
