I enjoy watching movies when I'm on the treadmill and absolutely love my zumba class, I only wish you would have more 9:00a.m. morning classes other than Tuesday or on a Monday morning, that would be great
the value and the price. My only complaint is the ventilation and temperature. It can be uncomfortably warm working out there. It would also be great to see some new equipment: a BOSU and a few weighted bars for ladies to do squats and dead lifts in the separate room.

Availability of gym during the week. Friendly atmosphere.
The space is nice and big that you don't feel people are to close to you, and there is always a machine available. Even when using weights, the amount of equipment and space still allows for you to get to each machine you wish, no matter how busy it is. The staff is friendly and helpful. This has been my favorite gym to date.

The group classes allow you to go at your own pace but still push you to do your best. The Hydomassage bed feels great after working out.
