It has lots of good exercise equipment, it is clean and cool, and the people who run it are very friendly.
Pricing is affordable. I was able to not sign a contract. There isn't usually a long wait (if any) for the equipment I use free weights, squat racks, battle ropes, dumbbells. Free wifi is also awesome. Seems pretty obvious that a gym should have wifi but there are a lot that don't.
