Its clean. No high pressure to buy or upgrade. TVs on all equipment. The clientele are friendly, ordinary people. Don't feel intimidated.
Great value for the money. The club is clean, and I've never had a problem getting on the equipment I want. I've been taking the Afterburn classes and love them. Equipment is in good shape, I don't encounter broken equipment that goes unrepaired for months like at the club I used to belong to.
I like the cardio theater because it's easier to run when watching a movie. Also the women's room makes me feel comfortable.

For me the proximity to my house and the amazing pricing is what made it a no brainer. But that aside I do really like the facility itself, even pre-renovations! It's just a chill place to work out.

Great management. And there is a coat hanger in the men's locker room... I don't wear a coat, but that's fantastic!

The abs class with Nicole is great.
Machines are generally avaidble, staff is friendly and helpful. And the price is very reasonable.

It's clean and equipment is in good condition, but I wish there were mats members could use. Also I was under the understanding that members can use the afterburn area if it's not being used. The other day I was told i couldn't use the weights in that area and to use the ones on the other rack. The weights as well as ketbells are not of the same weight and with a shoulder and back injury i didn't want to use a heavier weight i wasn't comfortable with.
I love the gym, it is very equipped which helps me to train more easily. I also love the classes they offer and the follow-up that is given to the client since he registers when he arrives in the system and this allows accumulating points, I like the attention to the customers that the employees provide when they arrive at the gym.
It's a good gym. There's not many people there at one time. The staff is great

Friendly employees and good variety of machines. There is an abundance of weights. I go to the gym almost every day.

The gym is clean and all the equipment is new and in working order. Plenty of cardio equipment. Some duplicate weight lifting equipment helps to reduce wait time when busy. Plenty of equipment for quadriceps training but only 1 seated and 1 prone machine for training hamstrings. Would like to see another prone hamstrings machine.
