I like the laid back atmosphere
I like the people who work there are very friendly and helpful always.
However, I would love to see a tad more enthousiasm from some of the girls teaching the hype, boot camp, and ab classes. Correcting form is always helpful so we don't get injured doing things improperly.

It's an unbelievable value. I use the Ridgefield location. It's always clean, there's plenty of equipment, and the staff is great. I wish it was open later, especially on weekends.

I am never bothered here . There's no overt social scene and the stations are relatively free so I'm never waiting forever to use them. Some of the elliptical machines are a little "clunky " and could probably use a little more maintenance . And while I know I'm in the minority, I am a night person and late hours on Friday would help.

The staff are great and very helpful. The facility is always clean and there is a good selection of equipment to use. I don't feel intimidated while working out by others who are dropping and banging weighs around. It's a friendly, clean, and great place to work out!
Variety of machines and exercise experiences.
Some aerobic machines and weight machines need maintenance. Another bench in the men's locker would be a big help. Also need another "shower-caddy" in the showers - 3 showers but only 2 shower-caddies.
Price for quality. Has what I need and want. Friendly staff.

Everything. I just wish Brookfield had a sauna and a media room too. I'm not a huge fan of the New Milford gym. Not sure why though

I hadn't been in awhile due to a orthopedic injury and when I came back the staff made me feel safe and gave me the encouragement to it take slow. They are inspirations and helpful. the new girl Kate is great!
