As usual, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the well-maintained equipment, the extended hours, guest policy and my personal trainer.

Here’s something else I’d like you to know…

I went to the gym last Saturday to work out on my own. My trainer, Justin, was there and he had an open block between clients. I would have liked to have taken that spot but I couldn’t because I didn’t have any available sessions. Actually, I had more than eight. There were expired sessions that had been restored, but Justin couldn’t access them because they were frozen. I spoke to Kevin at the desk on my way out and he said they could be unfrozen by corporate but that Justin needed to ask him to do this.

I don’t fault Justin or Kevin for this. This is company policy and they were following it. You should know that this is not the kind of policy that makes customers (clients) happy. I honestly don’t know why you have set training up so sessions expire. I have paid for the sessions and should be able to use them when I can. And my trainer, who has earned my loyalty, should be able to book and get paid for the sessions. I am at the gym regularly and schedule training every week unless I’m traveling or Justin and I can’t coordinate schedules (which rarely happens). It’s not like I’m away from the gym for weeks at a time.

Every time there’s a new training manager at the club, he/she invites me into the office to discuss doubling up on my training sessions at a discounted price. Right now, I simply can’t afford to do that. But even if I could, why would I when I can’t even use the sessions I have already paid for? I’d like to suggest you change this policy for all your clients, but that’s up to you. I do expect, though, that my sessions will be unfrozen and I will be able to use them. Please contact me if this is something you cannot do.

What do you like about our club experience?

The staff are very courteous, that includes Deadre, Tom, Tom P., Daren, John, Jessica, and Vanessa. The personal trainers are also very nice. The athletic director is always willing to answer my questions about health and fitness to include ideas about proper diet.

Very clean with great machines. It is great that you include classes with certain memberships for free.

It’s also very nice to go to a gym that’s not too overcrowded.

Clean gym and friendly staff.
However, it would be nice if some of the classes were offered at a later time especially for the folks who work from 9-5. Please consider some equipment for your kick/boxing classes. It would be more motivating and exciting if there was tools to use (I'm not a fan of punching air😏)
Please consider a stripper dance class in the future. Some of the ladies could use the skills learned outside of the gym😉 and it is also a great way to tone up.

Nevertheless, the gym is still awesome and super clean.

Kevin has been great from my original meeting with him when he gave me a tour of the gym.
Very personable, knowledgeable and informative.
Greets me every time I walk into the gym by name.

Had a training session with Manny (sp) earlier in the week.
He put me through a solid workout designed for me after dialog and a write up in the office.
He explained all of the aspects of the individual exercises and demonstrated each one first then provided coaching as he walked me through this new routine.
It could not have worked out better.

Its good to see a consistent cleaning/wiping down of the work out equipment by staff.

I have had my wife also join as my initial an ongoing experience has been nothing but positive,

The only area that could be improved upon is the finger print scanner as it is very inconsistent.
The entire staff are well aware of this and are quick to enter me manually into the computer.
