The staff are personable and helpful. They seem interested in their customers and are always willing to assist and answer questions.
The facilities and the variety of machines are also good in both the weight room and cardio area.

Jeff is one of the best trainers I have had. I have seen results in such a short amount of time. I've had many trainers over the last few years and I'm sticking with him forever! People have noticed the results and he keeps me motivated!!
I really like the new renovations at the Newtown club. I feel like it makes the space is more flexible and much easier to move around in.
There have been lots of staffing changes over the time that I've been coming to the gym. Everyone is friendly and professional and the gym is well-maintained. The one constant there though for me has been, Justin, my trainer. I am speaking about my own experiences but I've spoken to other clients of his, and we all feel the same way. He's trained me through two injuries (a broken rib and severe impingement) and always makes my sessions challenging but appropriate to my age and ability. It's obvious that he reads and researches current best training practices and is able to explain how and why exercises should be paired or sequenced for maximum results. He's a real asset to the gym. With all the changes that have occurred at the gym, Justin is the one thing that hasn't. I am grateful for that.

Everything that I need is right there, and it's not extremely crowded. I can go in, get my workout in, and leave without a problem. The equipment is high-end, and the rates are affordable.
I like that it offers a variety of ways to work out without being so "gimmicky". I appreciate that they don't offer pizza and candy. It's hard enough to over look these items without having your gym encourage bad habits. I wish there were more classes, or group workouts, (I'm someone who needs to be held accountable, lol), But, perhaps the majority of the members prefer to use the equipment and not be tied to a set day/time. I like that the membership is affordable. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant.
