It's not overcrowded with people and I can get in and out. It's clean and the staff are courteous.
I like the tv monitors on the cardio machines. I like the movie room. I like the classroom. I like the free wifi. I would like to see mats for people to use on the turf area.
Friendly staff, frequently see them working to make sure the simple things like paper towels and spray bottles are always full. Love the amount of machines (treadmills etc) have yet to wait for one.

I really like the movie room. I love the massage chairs and the massage water bed which I tried for the first time. Wonderful. I enjoy all the different machines. Im shy so I like that no one bothers me while I'm there.
No frills and availability of equipment.
Lots of machines and I love my trainer Samy in Ridgefield. Things I don't like are .....I wish there was a zumba class at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays like there used to be. I would like to see more exercise/medicine balls. Currently there is one of each weight/size. An extra set would be good. More cleaning stations around the gym instead of at each end of the machine room and two locations in the weight room. I'd also like to see some coat hooks in the weight room. In the winter I start out with a light jacket and would prefer not to put it on the floor when I get warmed up and I'm not walking all the way back to the locker room.

All the equipment you could need, and everything's very clean. I wish there was another squat rack, maybe in place of a smith machine or something, but otherwise a great gym.
Best bang for the buck anywhere. Also great array of equipment with minimal if any waiting time.
Connor who manages the Wallingford location is such an upbeat professional "kid" who's abilities and energies exceed what you'd expect.
After 3o+ years at the YMCA I'm totally pleased with the switch we made to Club 24.
