Very clean and well kept machines and general facility. All employees are friendly and willing to help with anything one might need. This is the first gym I've ever joined and I see no reason to ever look elsewhere! Honestly such a relaxing and empowering gym to work out in.

It's easy and accessible. Everyone that works there is very helpful and friendly. I love the movie theater and massage chairs and massage bed.
Facility is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't like the weekend hours though. At least in the winter, I would like to be able to go to the gym in the evenings.

I am retired and live about ten minutes from the Newtown location which makes it very easy for me to get there at any time of the day. I usually work out at home but it is enjoyable to see other people at the club. The club has all the equipment required for a good workout and the facility is clean and orderly. I would recommend it to my friends.
The convenient hours.
I like that there are nightly Zumba classes. I like that the equipment is brand new. I like that the staff is friendly and greets me at the door on the way in and out. My one complaint at the New Milford, CT gym is that the Zumba room is interior to the gym and gets too hot. There are fans, but that room needs it's own air conditioning unit. I can't imagine how hot it will be when summer comes.
