the number of great machines
I wish the movies would change more often but other then that I love this place. The staff is friendly, and i feel comfortable being there, this coming from a person who hates working out esp in front of other people. The only other thing I wish you had was a body mirror in the the women's locker room.

I enjoy that friendly atmosphere and staff. I love that there is a separate section just for women to workout in. And best of all the gym is open 24 hours Monday-Thursday!

I Iike that it's actually just a gym. It's not gimicky. People are there to work out. In fact I already recommended it to a random person at my daughter's doctor's office. :)
There are only 2 things I would love to see change...
1) The music. It's so not motivating. Something with more energy (rock, maybe) and loud enough so you can actually hear it would be great. Right now, the music is slightly better than elevator music and just loud enough to be annoying. Yes, I know I could bring my own music, but I prefer to not have to carry anything around (or wear it).
2) I would love if there were straight bars of varying weights. They are definitely something I miss from most gyms I've belonged to!

I love the hours the gym is open, the amount of different machines and free weights that are available for use. Even when the gym is busy there isn't much waiting around for a machine or bench to open up. I also like the movie room.
