Love this gym! Always room for improvement though. Think about themed months, health coaching, occasional cooking demos and more A/C near the wall of treadmills as well as lighting. You have an awesome atmosphere though. Don't change that!
Relaxed gym where there are always machines and nobody bothers you while you are there. Friendly staff as well.
Since I have the orange membership, I thoroughly enjoy the yoga and zumba classes, and since I work in Danbury, I can go to either the Brookfield OR New Milford locations. They are very clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and there are no posers! And I LOVE the movie room in New Milford!

Friendly staff and always enough equipment to use even when busy. My only complaunts are in Middletown gym overhead fans are needed badly and I wish staff would pay more attention to the guys "throwing" the heavy weights down. It is so disturbing and not necessary
