Multiple Equipment to use, but the locker rooms could be cleaner Especially the lockers Also Staff should say something to the people that consistantly drop weights from high heights etc
You can set your own pace. Biggest problem is the piped in music in my opinion is much too loud.
Good equipment, good price
The staff is friendly, the classes (Zumba, Hype, and Ab Express) are really great, the hours are amazing and no other gym that I know is open 24/7 on the weekdays and they have great hours on the weekend. I love the atmosphere and the orange card is a great incentive, I love everything about Club 24!!! Best gym ever :)

It's not packed get what I need usually no waits.I don't like the music selection and I asked for a rock station and they said they are told they can't do that and this was at both new Milford and brook field. The staff is very good.

I'd love for a trainer to be "on duty" at certain times of the days to answer basic question. For example, I want to work on my upper arms. I'd love some quick advise on the machine are best and maybe reps to use with free weights.

I like the classes and the laid back atmosphere. But PLEASE get some better movies in the movie room! Remember, about 2/3 of the people in there are women. Some rom-com's would be nice, and please change them more often.

I like the feel of the gym. It has a good mix of younger and older members. Club 24 has ample equipment for my needs, good hours and great personal trainers..
Club is clean and welcoming. Offers classes if you chose to join in and convenient location for me. Price is very reasonable.

I like that it is both affordable and that you allow unlimited guest visits for not only myself, but for the same guest.

the friendly staff, the CLEAN equipment, not having to wait for a machine. Very nice experience.
However -- one thing: please keep an eye on a young man who makes a lot of noise with the weights. He wears headphones and may not notice how disturbing it is to other members. Thank you.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the gym is always clean at all times of the day. There's always enough equipment for everyone there as well. Would highly recommend!
