Love the proximity to my home. I never have to wait for the equipment that I want to use. The renovations are coming along nicely, and I really like the new cardio theater. Great place to work out.
Love the classes that are offered, I just wish there was more communication when an instructor cancels a class, or there is no instructor for several weeks when they leave. Bathrooms are claen and staff is helpful and friendly.

I love the friendliness! All the employees smile and make you feel very welcome. The main reason I got this membership was for the Zumba classes, and I have a blast! I walk out of those Zumba classes drenched in sweat!

It's convenient,has extensive operating hours with a wide array of great equipment, and the staff is very courteous and keep the facility very clean and pleasant for all members.
I like the classes and friendly staff. I do not like that the heart rate monitors only work once in a while. For the afterburn classes I feel I pay a decent amount of money and I feel like they should work as efficiently as possible. It does not seem like anyone knows how to fix them because there seems to be an issue quite frequently. Other than that I enjoy working out at this gym.

Friendly prompt service from Val, Kevin and the front desk crew. They are always eager to address any issues that arise. The gym is always kept very clean and tidy. Great Job everyone!

I like the straightforward nature of the gym; I don't have to think about it too much. I can just plug in and work out.
I've noticed a few of the screens on the treadmills aren't working, though, and I do wish there was a very early morning (7 am) yoga class at least once a week! Also, I signed up for personal training, but I was basically just shown the machines and nothing more. Because I have a disability, I was really hoping the trainer would work with me to develop a routine, but he was quite young.
I do LOVE and have come to rely on the HydroMassage table, as I've got a super-stressful job and it really helps me recover from my workout and keep it on the stress-relief side of things. Thanks!
connor is great! he knows how to take care of the clients. i have a complaint about the movies in cardio theater; which is your responsibility at corporate, not at facility level. they can only show what you send them. do not send them cartoon features! we are adults here, not kids. more cartoons please.
Love the movies and the massage chairs after a workout. Also love that it never seems to be crowded... so maybe I should keep my mouth shut. LOL
