It is good but the middletown one needs more maintenance fountain water broken need film or shades on front windows sun gives reflection on tv's hard to watch .need to lower music your system l so you can hear the tv's or listen to your own music on our phones.

Friendly and welcoming as always. Small gym makes it less stressful than at others where they are always overcrowded. Love it

Friendly staff, clean gym
My trainer of two years, Samy, is a very professional, conscientious and friendly person. He challenges my ability and at the same time is mind full of potential issues that may arise from overworking my body. I oftentimes recommend Club 24 but mostly Samy when people comment about how fit I look.

Everything! Location, hours of operation, cost of the membership is reasonable, the facility is always nice and clean.
My only suggestion would be to please put the Recycling Bins next to the Trash cans so it is easier for people to recycle.
