I wrote a letter once before, the people that work there are the best. When you walk in the door you don’t just get greeted you get a smile as well. Always feel comfortable the people there will answer your questions and explain everything in detail. I signed up one day and when I came back Jack remembered my name. That’s what I call good customer service,making you feel like part of the family. Jake , Brian Debbie to name a few of the wonderful people. I just wish one thing from the club, Jake gave me a one on one that comes with the membership, he was such a motivator I wish the club would let him give one on one training thank you, my son goes there, his girlfriend, his son, and now me his mother. I really like the fact that even though there are frequent changes in staffing and management, the gym continues to be clean and well maintained. Staff at the desk consistently greet and recognize members as we enter and leave the gym. I like that too.
The one, and probably most important consistent thing to me is my trainer, Justin. I have worked with him for over a year (maybe coming up on 2 years). He has taught me a lot about weight and conditioning training that is personalized for me and appropriate for my age and goals. I am sure that all his clients feel this way. He is a real asset to the gym!
There is something about the gym that I don’t like and feel really needs to be changed. That is your policy about paid training sessions expiring. There simply are times when one can’t get to the gym or coordinate schedules with their trainer for a week or two and when this happens, training sessions during that time expire. I guess your system is set up to use the most current sessions, so when training weeks or sessions are missed, the oldest sessions expire. This hurts both the member and the trainer and benefits the gym because it gets paid for unused sessions. I keep track of my sessions and expect that all that I pay for I will be able to use. I hope that you will change this policy.

It is convenient, The equipment needs to be better maintained.
Good atmosphere, and the late times are super helpful for my busy schedule. Just wish the dumbbells went to about 100lbs.

There are plenty of cardio machines, the weight floor is well organized. I go early in the a.m. and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly!
It's not over crowded and staff is friendly and helpful
The staff 1st because I sometimes find my workout to be spiritual and enlightening on an instintual level . I would not be able to achieve this experience unless I felt real good vibes around me . I get what I need at your club, because of the staff. The great variety of equipment helps alot too !

I like the smoothie bar, and the cinema room, and the Women’s workout area in the Wallingford location. Enjoy the gym very much.. The only thing that I wish, is that you would open a 24 hour location in Ansonia/Hamden
Make it a little more upbeat. Not so typical big box gym look. The building should catch the eye when driving by on the street. Everyone I know when I explain where your building is, I have to be very detailed. Most of them live in Middletown.
