Great gym, clean, cheap, and I like the hours. I would only request, (although I understand the limitations), that you people stay open later on Friday and Saturday nights.

All the trainers I have worked with have respected my need to sometimes change a particular exercise. At age 78 the joints don't work as smoothly as those younger than I. I have NEVER experienced any age discrimination at all.
I find the gym awesome to be at. Everyone is super friendly (especially the staff) and I want to get all my friends there so we can grind together!
The gym is close to home. Has a yoga class, pretty clean and in good repair, fairly inexpensive.

I love that the people who go to this gym regularly are your coworkers, neighbors and average every day people. There is no judgement and you feel comfortable, like you never even left home.
The gym is clean and convenient to get to. Good classes are available too.

I am one of the original members that signed up before the gym opened when it was called Thrive Fitness. I've seen it go through many changes and happy with all the improvements.
Your staff is always friendly and so helpful, especially the 2 girls with blonde hair working the front desk when I went to work out yesterday Fri 11/3/17 for the 1st time in probably 2 years. I got my friend (Natalia Vaida-Mic) to sign up the other day so I would have a workout buddy and the girls helped us with the fingerprint scanner and got us signed in quickly. They also let us know about the free personal training session, which is something we might consider later.
I LOVE that you have the smaller, separate rooms...the free weight room, the machines, and the room with the bikes & treadmill. It gives me a more comfortable workout experience, and it is excellent for those who might be shy and intimidated by other gyms with big open areas.
