No pressure gym.
When you walk in I don't feel everyone is looking at you in judgement.
Staff is friendly and up beat.
Establishment is clean and I love the high ceilings for lot of air movement.
We are greeted when we arrive and acknowledged when we leave. Everyone is polite and friendly. There are adequate machines and space for me when I exercise.

Morning crew is a great bunch of workers. My one request. On Tuesdays after holiday, can you please open normal Monday time at 4:00am. The 5:00 time throws off most morning folks schedule with work, school, kids etc.

I have not been active long enough. My sister died 12/19 and was very ill from the date I joined and therefor I was unable to attend due to caregiver needs. As a professional sales trainer, I can tell you that your staff are polite and competent but you must train them to avoid the "canned" responses that accompany their sales engagements. Example. When I commented that I was a member of Crossfit, the response was "lot of injuries". There are lots of injuries at box gyms when equipment and techniques are not applied properly. Think how much more effective it would be if your staff member responded with, :what did you like about Crossfit? What didn't you like? Now you may open up a discussion about price or perhaps too rigid of a program or whatever else. This is how you use listening skills to uncover needs real or imagined.

I purchased my membership for myself and my daughter as a Christmas gift. We have only been in twice since Christmas, but we have no complaints and are very happy thus far. Thank you!!

Always clean. Always has plenty of machines available. Very affordable. The movie theater room is pretty cool. Love being able to bring my mom on weekends with the free guests rule!
I like that you’ve refreshed the facility and the new equipment. Most importantly, I like the culture of the club. No gym rats. Just normal people taking care of themselves.

I like that there are all ages working out there. I am very happy with my trainer Orlando, he is very thorough and patient. The gym is very clean also, which is a plus
