Price point, equipment, staff.
Good price. Clean with plenty of machines.
The club is fine, great hours. The points system is a joke. If it cannot be done correctly, it should be discontinued. Just because Perkville is free, doesn't mean they can do the job correctly. They have screwed me several times just not sending thru points for a week at a time and not making them up. It's just not fair. Also, I can only talk to my manager and it's not his fault but he gets all the complaints, it's also not his fault. Get with the program or else you will lose members. Thank you for reading this.

The Zumba classes (Sat. a.m., Tues. p.m. & Wed. p.m.) are great exercise and VERY enjoyable.
It's nice. Although more yoga mats for the turfy area/hardwood would be great.

Have never once been disappointed by any aspect of the facilities or management in any way in the entirety of my 2 year membership. I would extremely likely recommend to others. The price is very reasonable and the best deal around and has all the equipment I need for a full workout. However, I can only use the facilities when I am in New Milford, as I go to school in Philadelphia. If there was a facility near me there, I would likely upgrade to the orange membership to be able to use both facilities.
