Spacious, good variety of tools, organized, clean
Crossfit area. Lots of equipment to use.
Equipment is outdated and sometimes even broken, example would be the air bikes. Facilities could use a significant upgrade, especially for the monthly costs. The staff are very nice but it’s getting harder and harder to justify the monthly price considering all the new gyms nearby with brand new equipment for 75% less per month.
Fix the leaks when it rains and the air conditioning in the summer
Good amount of space with a wide variety of quality machines and equipment.
Locker rooms not clean. Gym is generally very run down. Equipment dirty and worn.
Things take forever to get fixed (steam room, doors, shower curtains) and the locker room carpet smells so bad because I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned.
I’ve see homeless people sleeping in the locker room upon arriving to the gym as well as the locker room and gym floors not being as clean as one would think for a gym that costs as much as Genesis does.
Friendly staff. There’s always open equipment even when the club is relatively busy and the hours are convenient for my schedule.

Some equipment could use stickers to notify the user of the pounds being used.
I like the general atmosphere and the trainers and class instructors.
You never fix things when broken. Everything has been shut down in the showers since may. And the sauna bench is broken and has been for over two months now. Having to sit on the dirty floor to use it. It’s very clear you don’t care about the gym itself or members. Lazy and expensive. I am moving soon and will never recommend or use genesis again.
STUDIO 1 at Oakridge Drive. This should be enough explanation
I was charged for swim lessons that I didn’t sign up for. It was an extra $130 and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve been in contact with billing and my club last week. From what I’ve been told I was charged for swim lessons in a club in Kansas and I live in Lincoln NE. It makes me very uncomfortable that my account can be charged for things without my permission or even a statement. Your portal isn’t very helpful. I’ve submitted to get email statements through the portal and it’s never worked. So there wasn’t a way to stop the charges before the money was withdrawn in my account. I feel like I should have been given a statement in a email when my account was accessed to sign up for swimming lessons at another club.
The equipment is worn out and seems dated. But I’ve been a member for less than a year and I have seen a few updates which is good. I like that there it a variety and the clubs I go to offer a lot. I like the classes and the instructors are great!
Because of what happened with being changed with something I didn’t sign up for I can’t recommend your gym. Again it makes me very uncomfortable that my account information isn’t safe.
I enjoy my classes at the club, but I’m not really happy about the state of the facilities. There are holes in the wall and water damage in Studio A, the sound system is outdated and in need of replacing. And there are numerous issues with the pools and hot tubs that I’ve reported before. The parking lot is also in a bad state and needing repair. The sign in front of the building is falling apart and doesn’t even have the Genesis name on it, which makes the club look really “ghetto”. Ever since Genesis closed the 144th & F location and made everyone in West Omaha come to our club instead, things fall into disrepair much faster and the new ownership doesn’t really care. Instead of buying up more clubs in other states, maybe work on fixing the ones you already own.
Not enough towels.
Airdyne/Assault Bikes needed.
Have complained to staff about members inappropriate locker room behavior, with nothing done about it.
Locker rooms are old and always dirty
Lots of variety in machines, classes, etc. Although we'll attended, facilities always generally available.
Overall quality is good. But need more racks.
I mainly go to midtown and the air conditioning has been broken for a while and there are multiple machines that have been broken for a while and not fixed
I am happy with the gym overall but I wouldn't recommend it to others based on the limited hours and cost.
I don't think there is a good reason for the facility to not be 24 hours especially considering the price is much higher than most the other gyms in town that are 24 hours.
Missing ceiling tiles in yoga room. Had water leak and never been fixed.
You have everything in area
The place is terribly run down. Wet area of locker room hasn’t been updated forever. The restroom stalls are badly rusted; light fixtures over hot tub have been removed and never replaced; other light fixtures are badly rusted; portable fans sit on floor. Why not install overhead fans so you don’t trip over one on the floor? The parking lot is in poor condition.
Fix the HVAC at Miramont South so I don’t have to do body pump in an 85° room
Shower area is in need of serious improvement. About 6 shower heads are actually available and only 3 of those 6 provide reasonable water temperatures. The other 3 are scalding hot.
The drains always seem to be clogged.
So many amenities to choose from with enough room for everyone!
Need to fix locker room.
Cleanliness. Having machines fixed and in order.
Just wish y’all had more calisthenics type stuff and enough clamps for the squat racks/benches.
The facility is dirty and falling apart. Ceilings are leaking. Men's locker room is dirty and smells. Toilets and sinks have been broken several times. Treadmills need servicing.
