Things in the locker room are getting better. Very few towels available at the front desk (need more). Otherwise the gym is doing quite well and has wonderful trainers.

Compared to Ward Parkway, where I've gone for years, this club is bigger - an important consideration in these COVID times. Equipment is more spaced out and the pool facilities are far superior.
Conversely, the Group X room needs updating, in terms of acoustics, sound system and weights.
Staff is friendly.

I like the group classes - only location to offer Step. I also like the total body class. It’s hard to get a swim lane in the morning with aqua fitness taking up so much of the pool, and if mornings are the only time you can workout you’re out of luck. I would like to see 2 lanes so at least 3 people could swim with lane share. I miss the towel desk next to the locker rooms.
More early 5 am classes (spinning and combat) at the Fort Collins club, and miramont South.
Give me the summer free and ill keep my membership. As of now, I will be cancelling.
Great staff and variety of equipment and group classes. Instructors like Nancy Strickland and Anne Dewitz are coaches that engage members and make workouts fun and effective.
Range of options
While change may benefit the investors it does not always benefit the paying customers that keep your clubs alive. The change to Genesis has been a horrible one from the change in client base to staff. Lastly, you’ve now moved towel service to the front desk which is a nightmare. Weekend staff is extremely behind in keeping up with the clubs demands. I would suggest keeping your customers happy unless you are selling again because rumor is you cannot pay your bills as it is.
Many of the stationary bikes are broken - especially the seat adjustment mechanism
Clean facility, machines are well-maintained and good selection. Friendly staff.
The men's shower room is less than clean. The men's whirlpool has been overly foamy for several weeks now. It seems that staff has been cut back.
When Sports Authority bought the club, there was a feeling the they were studying the operation in order to upgrade the club. Genesis is not giving me the same impression.
Please get a safety squat bar
The noise off the basketball court into the Aerobic room is deafening always
Staff and members are not required to wear masks.
Remodel the locker room to make it larger, airier and adding amenities such as sinks, hair dryers, etc.
I like the convenient location.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.The club is kept very clean and there's a wide variety of exercise equipment to use. Would recommend the club to everyone.

The gym is not as well kept as it was with Sky. Equipment is left broken. I try to set an example by cleaning and putting my weights and equipment away. I wouldn’t turn people away if they asked me for a gym to join.
Pools are filthy

Play more mainstream/pop music (Sweet 98,,,) instead of catering to the 20-somethings. They all have earbuds in anyway.
Enforce the rules you advertise (cleaning machines/equipment, leave gym bags in the locker room, cellphone use on the gym floor).
Some of the trainers language while training clients is questionable at best. Even with my airpods in I can hear it. It's just not professional.
The pool, sauna and hot tub
equipment is nice, so busy all the time tho that’s the only problem i have with it.
