The class aspect of the program appeals to me. The instruction helps me stay on target yet there is still personal involvement that helps me stay motivated.
I like the variety and intensity of the work out. It's great that you can experience each work out at your own pace or level of intensity. OTF is a fun atmosphere and a great work out.
The absolute best workout, hands down. The 60 minute class goes by so fast because you are constantly working yourself and it's slightly different every single class to change it up a bit. Love the vibe, orange/ somewhat dimmed lights, the TVs which help show instructions and keeps you posted on your calories/splats which I love, the variety of blasting music to keep me going, awesome awesome awesome coaches, each super nice and full of energy, give good instruction, push you, and make a connection. It's definitely not cheap, however, some things are just worth it. Like your mental and physical health!! So for me that money is well spent:)
I really like the variety in the workout - love the 15 minutes on each activity, the time goes so fast. I love tracking my progress as well
I love the floor exercises and that I can see how hard I am working out. I also don't feel any pressure to "keep up" and can workout at a pace that works for me
Really enjoyed my first class back, appreciate all the precaution taken and feel like the extra space and 3G formate has enabled me to workout better than i have in a long time. Penni as always delivers a fantastic class, thanks to everyone for all the work being done.

I like when how the coaches care about how I work out. They are always available to correct my form or allow me to ask about my form. They provide advice when we’re completing our blocks on how to do better, be better and stay motivated.
Individualized
Everything. The fact that I don’t have to think. I just show up and do what the coaches tell me to do. Also i love the encouragement and when a coach says my name I feel amazing!! Like I can do anything!! They push me to be a better me

Workouts are great!
This week was my first week back since March-ish of 2020. I had my first classes with Caity and Mary and they were both great! The work outs got me right back into the swing of things even though I haven't worked out in over a year. The only thing I wish I could've changed was a "welcome back" refresher. What's considered late again? What's the missed class fee again? What do I do with those spray bottles? Can I use the bathrooms? There were a lot of questions which I think a refresher would have helped with. Additionally, why don't we have the fans turned on in class? Besides this, I have enjoyed both classes so far and can't wait to get back in my OTF routine.
Chloe is an amazing instructor who makes sure you know how to do the workouts and makes it fun. I loved my first class and can’t wait to come back!
It's a fab workout! From the different moves on the floor to the constant change ups on the tread to the mix of rowing coupled with other strength movements- it's always different!
Intense, but not intimidating. Perfect blend of exercise. No two workouts are the same.

Coached cardio!!
I love everything about Orange Theory. The interval training, the heart monitor, the fact that I can see which zone I'm in at all times in my workout, the coaches, and the results from being diligent.
Variety
I love how different it is! New workouts every time, great coaches to push me, and the different stations so I never get bored doing the exercises!
The different blocks gave certain muscles a break but still worked out others and by the next transition you are even ready for more .

I like when the instructors follow up about doing the exercises properly. Tim at Columbia location is excellent. Look forward to his classes.

coaches are amazing, it is a complete body workout in 1 hour....with a full time job and 3 small children, an hour fits into my schedule.
