OTF workouts are challenging, and I was worried at first about joining as an over-50 member. I found that you can adjust any workout to your fitness level, and as you get stronger you can of course do more. With the cardio and the strength training in the same hour, it is truly a comprehensive workout. The coaches are so supportive and amazing, even outside of the studio through social media. It's a friendly, welcoming place for everyone!

I love the enthusiasm and encouragement from the coaches and that every workout is different. I’m motivated and excited to go to OTF and I never dread having to show up. The classes feel like one big family of people who bond over mutually wanting to better ourselves. There’s never any judgement, and I’ve felt comfortable since day one for me which was about five months ago. It’s also helpful that I can go to any studio with my membership so if I’m away, I don’t have to skip out on my workouts.
The workouts are fun and challenging and you feel the difference after just one class! Everyone is in it together which makes it easier to push yourself.
It’s different every day. I go at my own pace and don’t need to “keep up” with others in the class. And I like the sense of community at OTF.

I love the feedback, team environment and motivation! The coaches also help to make sure you're form is correct and encourage you when you need it most.
What’s not to like? It has structure, great music, teammates with the same purpose, and great coaches to encourage you to do your best! Ok one thing I could do without is running inclines, but the coaches believe it makes us stronger. Doesn’t make it any easier.😉
The community is very friendly and the coaches want to help you succeed! It's a great place to set goals and have accountability.

I have been working out orange theory for 10 months and the coaches have been awesome with feedback 🙂. Though I have not lost weight 😔, I can jog longer, row for longer distances and have improved on the floor.
Love the variety in the workouts, the coaches, playlists, and fact that I’m not suffering alone during a workout.
All I have to do is show up, and the hour goes by. HIIT is so vital to my wellbeing and health!

I'm fully the type of person who needs to be physically exhausted to turn off my STUPID BRAIN and OTF fits that bill beautifully. I like that every workout is different and that there are changes within every one that keep me from getting bored and/or thinking too much about how I could be at home, half paying attention to some streaming service.
At the same time, every coach has a different energy (and different musical choices) that they bring to the workout. I like finding the ones that work best for me. Finding a coach whose routine you connect with is a great feeling!
