I love that everyday is different and challenging. The energy is contagious and pumps me up to work harder! I am the person that needs to be pushed so the heart rate monitor, other members and coaches do that for me! It's accountability and exhilarating at the same time!

I really enjoyed my workouts at OTF-Olney. The coaches, staff and the OTF members are great people. The coaches is experience, prepared, dedicated and caring. I joined 6 months ago, my fitness and fun has been elevated since joining OTF.

You accomplish so much in such short time
I like the intensity, and the ability for me to choose my intensity for that day. Also, I think for me, I'm less likely to be injured when rotating between exercises, floor, rowing, running.
The method itself is very effective.

I LOVE COACH JI!! He's no energetic and encouraging. Especially for me, seasoned woman, he lifts my spirits and encourages me to complete my training. He corrects me on my posture and weight training. He knows how much I dread the row machine but he makes me smile, laugh and push through it. Coach Ji tells me I can do it and I do it. Thanks coach!!

Love the inclusion of weight sessions! And the Coaches are brilliant. In terms of the traditional classes, I like the change of pace during the class so it’s never boring.
I like the evrironment, variety of exercise types and class options. Its a social environment and I like coming here on a regular basis.
The workouts are challenging enough and very effective towards personalized fitness goals if followed with proper diet.

It’s a really fun, energetic workout that incorporates both cardio and strength training and goes by quickly while being challenging.

Every day at Orange Theory is different, but certain core things are the same. I know I'll be running, rowing, and lifting. I know I'll hit every part of my body. I know I'll be able to track my heart rate as it goes up and down (but mostly up) and use it to help me make decisions about how and when to challenge myself.
But where other workouts were boring, Orange Theory never is. What I'm doing changes every few minutes, and instead of me being in the driver's seat trying to figure out what to do next, an awesome coach who's just focused enough on me is telling us what to do and giving useful tips for how to get the most out of it.
Before I came to Orange Theory, I worried it would be too intense - I'd heard it was hard and competitive. The truth is it's whatever you want it to be, so for me it's hard in all the right ways, and I'm only competing with myself.
