The clear instructions on what to do and when. I like the setup of stations so you don’t get bored. I like that masks were optional and that it was a reduced class size. The staff were positive and encouraging and the facility was clean.
The workouts are challenging and the trainers are energizing! I love these workouts each time I go!

I love the motivation of the instructor, and you will never do the same workout! I highly recommend getting the heart rate monitor, as it displays the calories you're burning and heartrate during your workout. Just an added touch of motivation to keep you pushing!
