That anyone and everyone can do it!!! There are so many modifications to any exercises and the coaches are always so helpful when providing them to you!
The workouts are challenging and there’s lots of variety, every class is something different. The coaches are very encouraging, they pay attention and they push you. On separate occasions I’ve had a coach give me heavier weights, I wouldn’t have done that on my own. I always feel great after every class!
I really enjoy OT, the diversity of the exercises, creativity of them, doesn’t get boring.
I also like that now there is stretching at the end, still I would like a little bit more time at the stretching.
I don’t enjoy the penalty when you need to cancel a class, sometimes you get busy at work or just feel under the weather.

I can move at my own pace, it's beginner friendly for those who have never done an OT work out, modifications are not frowned upon, I love the live feedback with the heart rate monitor, and that the focus is on paying attention to breathing and recovery!

I love Orange Theory no matter where I pick up a class. The front desk staff (Cass) at Annapolis was very friendly and made you feel very welcome.
OTF workouts are effective with a nice balance of cardio & strength. Classes are nicely structured, easy to follow and the coaches are awesome!

Mindy was great. She Took time to use people’s name for specific encouragement. She was enthusiastic in her tone and volume and the tempo of the music was fast to match the workout.
I appreciate the excellent coaching, the variety, and the ability to work at my own pace on the days I need to slow down - yet I'm always encouraged to push myself when possible. There's also a variety of available class times, plus the fun in-class events scheduled throughout each month.
