I love the workouts because it’s combination of cardio and weights. Also, the rower is a machine I never use, so I love that we incorporate it in class…my back loves it even more! I can track my progress with the heart rate monitor and the summaries in the app. I see myself getting more fit and stronger. Love the coaches!
I love OTF and the Annapolis location was top notch. 14 stations, super clean, energetic coaches and staff - this place has it all. I will definitely be back now that my kids and grandkids have moved to the area. And I highly recommend this location to any new or visiting OTF members. :)

I've never done Orange Theory before, and I couldn't believe how great the technology piece was, the coaching piece, the onboarding from the folks who greeted me - the whole package. That was Saturday morning and today I can barely walk, so I'd call that a pretty good workout. Can't wait to go back.

It's the perfect combination of a social or group workout, but with personal goals and achievements. For each workout, I have a general idea of the type of training, but I don't know the exact exercises--and this helps lower the monotony of exercising. Most of the coaches are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere for class members.
