I love Orangetheory. I was a premium member before the pandemic but had to cancel my membership. I am so excited to be back. The exercises are dynamic and challenging. I am tired at the end of class but have a huge sense accomplishment and endorphins. I feel so strong. When I last did Orangetheory, I was in the best shape of my life and I am looking forward to getting back to that.
Only been to 2 classes but they've both been challenging looking forward to continuing my adventure

Variety of work outs that I don't have to think about or plan. HIIT training. Great music. Instructors point out form with weights. The results! :) I would love if there was more agility training. And, do miss Rebecca as a coach (for later a.m. classes).
Orangetheory has been instrumental in accelerating my fitness goals. I am hooked!!!

I like the accountability and the motivation that you get from the class approach. I would never workout this hard at a regular gym.

I push myself harder than I would if I worked out alone and I do exercises that are very important at my age which I would skip if a coach weren't pushing me to do them.
The music. The energy. The coaches and the variety. I am motivated to push myself much more than I would if I were working out on my own. I also like that this is a judgement free space where people of all body types and fitness levels are welcomed!
I like the variety of exercises provided each time I come. I also like the care and encouragement given by the coaches when I needed it.
Every workout is different so it keeps it fun and interesting. The workouts challenge me to push myself but also could be done if I'm having a "green day". I also like when we repeat a workout we haven't done in awhile I can check my progress from the last time we did this template in the app to see my improvement.
Fast pace
It was my first workout and Terri was awesome! Very helpful and patient showing me the ropes. It was a great workout - I am still feeling it 3 days later!
I like that the workouts are guided, taking the guesswork out of the workout.

The coaches are very supportive and David always has GREAT playlists. I also tend to come in when Sydney is working- she is also great! Both are always ready to help you modify exercises if needed or to show you the proper way to do an exercise.
The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly both when checking you in and assisting with any needs. It's amazing how many people they remember!
I like how the app tracks everything... my steps, meters rowed, calories burned, etc. I like being able to see if I can do better day to day, month to month, and year to year. Scheduling my workout on the app puts it on my calendar and I will go. Every time.
It's varied. The instructors are upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. Good music and energy.
I love how motivating the coaches are. They are constantly getting me to push harder. I love how the coaches will give alternative exercises when I can’t do the exercise featured due to knee problems. The whole class is high energy and makes the workouts go by fast.
