This was my second class. It was very powerfull. The only thing is the music is so loud that you can't hear the directions. It is ok if I have been going more times. Overall I am very happy I joined. AWESOME!!!

There are so many class time options to work with every schedule. All of the coaches are personable, motivating, and fun! Orangetheory allows each member to work as hard as they can for themselves and not feel the need to compete with others in class because showing up and giving your personal best is recognized and celebrated by the coaches and staff. Can’t say enough positive things about this studio! Very clean and efficiently run, which are two added bonuses to the already great workout! It’s worth giving Orangetheory a try if it’s been on your mind—you may just become hooked once you see how you can incrementally improve with each class! The optional challenges and benchmark workouts make it exciting as well to keep the energy high, but to also compare your progress since the last event.

The first gym I’ve truly felt like was a second home. Everyone is so welcoming. The trainers make you feel like you can do anything and they’re more than willing to help you get better & stronger.
I like the fact that the template always changes. The coaches are amazing and each bring their own flair to their coaching style. Some tell us that this workout is whatever we make it to be so make it great, others tell us we can do anything for 30 seconds, and others tell us dad jokes before class. However, all of the coaches make sure to correct bad form and I'm greatful for that. Our SAs are also really good by being energetic and up beat.
Challenging and consistent
I love the workout & the studio - The workouts hit all the body parts and gives your endurance enough of a challenge to make it work but fun. It's even better at my studio because it's in a great location with plenty of parking, the coaches and staff are always friendly and approachable (I ask a lot of questions), and the music is consistently catchy with a beat to keep the energy levels pumped up
I like that it is a full body workout. But I would like more time with the weights during the workouts.

I love the coaches at my home location. They are genuinely good people and super nice and full of information. I also love the difference variety of workouts that we get. The community is unmatched. I love the challenges, as well as the events where we can just come together and talk and get to know each other. I recommended Orangetheory to just about all of my friends, and I will continue to recommend it!
I love the rotations, and how each class is different, but not different enough that I feel like I'm not learning something completely new. The time just flies by, and I get a great workout!!!
The music and variety.
Multi component and fast paced- cardio and strength combo.I also like the strength classes because my bodytype responds very well to that. I am biased to Mindy's style - she trains, she teaches about form and she provides options for people like myself who are just getting back to living a healthier lifestyle. I never feel stupid or inadequate in her class. Truly an expert in her field with the added bonus of empathy - meeting everybody at their level but still pushes and encourages you.
The only reason I can only come twice a week is because I am working with a personal trainer who wants to build my confidence with working out in an unsupervised class.
I love the coaches and their flexibility with alternate ideas and their enthusiasm.. I love the cardio.
