I love OTF. It has all the best parts of a good workout. The variety and challenging nature
The coaches and music are great! Love the variety of workouts as well.
Everyday it’s something different. Strength, power, endurance, esp, you never know walking in. Follow the coaches instructions, give it your all and the results will come. There’s no guess work on my part about what I need to do on any particular day. Just follows instructions and get a great workout.
I like the organized class with a coach to motivate you. The workout variety makes every day unique.

The trainers and the high intensity workouts are great!
I like being able to travel anywhere and still workout. I really enjoy that for the most part the language is all the same so while you new you don't feel like the new person. The work, while the same is very different.
I tried OTF years ago and absolutely hated it - I swore up and down that I'd never do it again. I decided to give it another try after I started exercising regularly and it was a completely different experience. I love the coaches, front desk staff, the varying ability levels (and sizes) of the members. The coaches push me and I love that every day is something different. I talk about how much I'm addicted to anyone who will listen and try to convince all my friends to just try it once!
Love the workout, accountabilities and OTF communities . All the staffs & coaches are very nice. Workouts are different everyday & it’s the best workout that works on all parts of your body. You get to run/power walk on the treadmill, rower, free weights with TRX band & floor work. Couldn’t ask for a better hour of workout. First class is always free to try before you join. 🧡💪🏻🍊
The best workout and really appreciate the expanded 12 pm classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know they've had lift 45 classes before, wonder if otf could have a stretching class for those of us that are lacking in flexibility.

Each class is very well planned and every workout each day is different and effective. You come for one hour and work hard and get results! Staff and coaches are very friendly and motivating!
Group atmosphere
I’ve had some great trainers for many years. OTF is a great balance of cardio and functional strength training. Never too much of any exercise. Equal parts lower and upper body and a significant amount of core training. I’ve been less injury prone than ever and I feel great. I get as much or more out of a one hour OTF class as I ever got from personal trainers.
