It's different every time you go and I don't have to think about what I'm doing- I just do what the coaches say!
The workout is always challenging for me!
My favorite thing about OTF is the variety in every single workout! It's given me so much more confidence with using different types of equipment, from the TRX straps to the bands and the (formerly beloved) ab dolly. I also love that each day is a different type of workout (strength, power, endurance, ESP). When I go multiple times per week, I always feel like I'm in a good balance.

The coaches and staff could not be more friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. I expected to be overwhelmed and intimidated, but found just the opposite. I love that the coaches lead you through the workout and I don't have to think about what I should be doing to get the most out of it. I tend to take class at the same time so see many of the same people--many of whom I now consider friends. It has been a terrific experience and really has changed my life for the better. Best full-body workout around! The staff, coaches, and studio are great.
I love how ever workout is different! I also love how there’s four different types of workouts cycled each day. I have been a member at OTF for over 2 years and love it. The staff is always so great! It’s not just a gym, it’s a community:)
Excellent workouts. I love that I can just show up and the coach tells me what to do.
I love that everything has been thought/planned out to ensure a solid workout, throughout the week (targeting different muscle groups). I love the energy and pace of class and the endorphin high after a good session.

So many things that I love about it - that I can go at my own pace, the coaches, the other members, that it is always different, etc. Loved it from the first class that I took over 3 years ago- and I really did not think that I would love it so much. I look forward to going and always feel better after an hour at OT.

It is a complete work out
Well structured, good balance of cardio and strength training and well-guided workouts by Rebecca, Penni, Crista and Allison (who have been the coaches I’ve had class with).
The 2G format, lighting/mirrors, coaches engagement. I also find myself recommending OTF more then F45 because the formatting generally provides more time in fitness zones and significantly less transition time. Love you guys!
It’s just an hour and it’s a total body workout. It’s also lots of fun.
Treadmill, weights, the coaches, the people. Not a fan of the rower but it’s okay
I enjoy it the energetic trainers and motivating music.

I love Orangetheory and was so happy when one opened so close to my home. I feel accomplished and exhilarated after a workout. The coaches are amazing and so positive. They make the sessions fly by!
I love that it's a hard and effective workout where I don't need to plan it. I can show up and be ready to workout!!
