Every day the workouts and efforts are different. The coaches really push you to want to change your fitness level.

I love every aspect of an OT workout. But, more importantly, I respect, trust and love our coach Courtney. In every class she keeps us motivated, positive and our form correct and safe.
OT workouts are never the same, they are varied so you never have to worry about overuse injuries at OT. Thank you OT coaches and staff.
OTF Gambrills has out of this world community, energy, front desk staff and literally the best coach in the state. I attend 0500 (2G) and 0615 (3G) and love each group. AJ is the consistency in my experience and primary source of feedback. He is expert in providing a well placed bit of feedback, technique correction, encouragement just when you need it. I e said this before, but he excels at continuous feedback and coaching throughout each session. Honestly impressive to keep up to three groups on track with their workouts the way he does. The more I’ve been a part of OTF I’ve read online via socials other feedback on instructors and know I hit the OTF Instructor lottery!
Staff and coaches
It’s always different and there are adjustments you can make to almost anything to fit your fitness level.
I like the flexibility, the encouragement, and accountability. I like that I can power walk or run. I like the positive encouragement from the coaches. I like that I'm able to push myself at my own pace. I like that the coaches know when you are not there or comment that they like seeing you so often. The community is a big draw to keep attending classes. The variety of workouts keep it interesting.

I was never fan of classes and running but ,OT makes it fun and easy
I was recruited by a beautiful young lady at the front desk ( Kimberly ) she was very nice and detailed explaining the process.
I also would like to praise the coaches especially Liz and Crystal .I haven't taking class with other coaches yet but, i am confident they are awesome .

I love the coaches - all of them are terrific! I love the workout and how it changes and you can personalize it to what your goals are. I love the RESULTS! I feel better and I am seeing results in my numbers. The ability to see where I started and where I am today with your body scan is motivation to keep it going.
I like the You vs You concept while in a group setting. Constant movement and sweat makes me feel like I've achieved a great workout.

I like that it is different everyday.
OTF's classes provide the "no thought - no stress" mentally for me. I don't have to stress about what body part I am going to work, wonder if I am working the correct opposing muscles, is today a heavy or light day of lifting. All of that is already well thought out by the OTF.
I absolutely love the different kinds of days; power, endurance, speed, ESP!! The rotation and hardly ever the same workout; diversity at its best!
Then the trainers bring the best music with the best encouragement.
You just need to bring yourself and you decide how hard!
