Energy of the coach and participants.
The workouts are strenuous and varied from day to day. The coaches help people perform at their best regardless of current level of physical fitness. Most importantly, the workouts are fun. Even on days when I’m beat, I enjoy it.
I like that you get out of your work out what you put into it. I also like that the coaches are very knowledgeable and are always there to help you and guide you through your work out.
OTF is a game changer. Having a coach by your side guiding you is very encouraging and when doing a wrong form, you get corrected, love that!
The music while working out pumps you up and pushes you, though some trainers don’t have the best music, but they are open to feedback.
Finally, the different stations provides you a variety and no day is the same, I’d definitely recommend it.

Total body focus
This weeks workout was so much fun. The facilitator was energized and kept the teams going. I think he had as much energy as the entire class put together. Here it is Friday and my legs still hurt.

The coaches all provide great feedback & everyone is personable. The set it and forget it class structure for me is key, I love coming in & not having to think about what I’m doing for an hour.. I enjoy the curated mix of endurance, power, & strength training.

The coaches at Orange Theory Gambrills are amazing. They are supportive and encouraging all of the time. I especially appreciate how Merrie helped me adjust my form and modify when I had a minor injury. She checked in with me often. Some how I made it through my first dri thanks to the encouragement of all the coaches.

I love the variety, music, coaches, and atmosphere!! It’s been so great seeing and feeling a difference!
The workouts push me beyond what I would do on my own. I went from a 10 min mile to 8.5 min in a few months.
It's all very well coordinated and the coach keep an eye on everyone some how to look for good form, tech questions or modification questions.

I love how structured and interactive it is. I like that there’s an instructor present at all times to help you with form with certain exercises. I like that it’s a full body burn (cardio, strength training, and core workouts). I enjoy the stats that are displayed on the screen after a workout so you can actually see your progress (calories burned, time spent in orange, heart rate, etc.) It’s a well thought out exercise program that allows you to make friends and connect :)
OTF is an amazing workout, never the same, with awesome coaches and staff. After 5 years going, I'm still devoted to make time to go.
Fun fun fun, always feel so revived when I complete the exercises, trainers are incredibly, steps are easy to follow and help is always there. Highly recommend
Since joining Orangetheory I’ve felt better and stronger. I joined OT to take care of my health and it has delivered. The workouts are hard however they have encouraged me to push myself and as a result I’m working out at a level I never thought I could reach. I’m very grateful to have found Orangetheory!
1. The fact that it’s a small group with a trainer.
2. It’s a different template every day.
3. The trainers advise on alternate options in case of issues doing the regular exercise.
4. Most people I work out with are regular folks and not hunks trying to show off 😊.
It’s a wonderful stress reliever after a long day of working.
