I like the workouts and the very attentive staff and results I was seeing with my body, I will rejoin this studio once I’ve come back in 2021. Ragan and Rachael were the best coaches at OTF.

I’m really enjoying the outdoor workouts. I know it’s challenging to do it outside without access to the typical equipment but I like the fresh air and feel safer there given COVID. The instructors are doing a great job adapting.

What do you like about our workout?

I joined OT in late August, so I am only 2 full months in. Even in the short time frame of 2 months, I have seen my health improve greatly. I have more energy, confidence, and my endurance has improved tremendously. I joined OT because I was lacking the self-accountability to drive to my gym ~30 minutes away on a frequent basis. OT is closer to my residence, and much more exciting. I feed off of the energy provided by coaches and challenge myself against others in the class to get the most out of each workout.

All around workout; It changes daily; instructors are attentive and responsive; staff is helpful and accommodating.

What do you like about our workout?

i like combo of cardio and strength. I was reluctant to return to the gym for many reasons but I'm so glad I did. Things feel very safe. It is a struggle to work out w/a mask.

I don’t have to think about planning a workout, it’s never the same thing. Love how it always pushes my limits. I always finish knowing I’ve had an awesome workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Led by coaches that are there to help you meet your goals. They make sure you are completing each workout properly and safely as to not injury yourself or others. They have also gone above and beyond to make sure everyone stays healthy during the pandemic.

What do you like about our workout?

I joined OTF back in December. In a few short months, I was healthier and happier then I had been in a long time. I saw immediate results, and even got off medication I was on for almost 18 years. I don’t think I’ve ever had as much muscle definition as I do today, nor have I ever ran this much. (I never thought I’d call myself a runner.). I can certainly credit the OTF model and accountability features for helping me get back on track, stay on track, and meet my health and fitness goals.

What do you like about our workout?

great workout instructors, great fitness plans, but because I am old, I cannot understand the girls voices behind their masks. I think they try very hard to be clear but its not a big deal. You ALL have a great attitude and are very encouraging! thank you!

I think the coaching motivates me to work harder and I know I am doing the exercises correctly. The music is also great, makes it more fun

I need someone pushing and motivating me. If my trainer wasn’t there pushing me I might stop or slow down and having her there keeps me motivated.
