Each workout is scripted daily so I don't have to worry about what kind of workout I want to do that day- they just pick my regimen for me. There's lots of variety in the workouts and muscle groups they target to avoid repeatability. The coaches at OTF Frederick are awesome too!

All the workouts are planned out for you. All you have to do is show up and be ready to put in the work. The workouts push you and it’s something new everyday. By monitoring your heart rate throughout the workout, you can see where you’re going all out or when you need to push yourself a little more.
I love the coaches and the team there. They seem to really care about me as an individual and it makes me feel good. It goes a long way when you are having a rough day.
Never dull, high calorie burn, always leave feeling as if I accomplished something.
I can burn max calories in a short period of time. It really is a full body workout. The instructors are motivating and provide great instruction! Highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to think but wants to simply get in shape.

I like the different stations & I feel like I get a full body workout. It doesn't feel like I spent an hour working out. The coaches help push everyone also while making sure you are using correct form. I also like how they will give modifications if needed. The splat points give me a goal to work towards.
The targeting of fat and high cardio is great.
I was very trepadacious to go back to Orange Theory, but after months of in home workouts, I was really missing it. I am glad I went back!! There was adequate space between attendees, working out with a mask on wasn't as bad as I thought & my location is super clean - with temperature checks and feet cleaning upon entry, it really put my mind at ease. Why did I wait so long??

The Olney studio was clean and practiced safe procedures for COVID which was great! As a beginner to OTF, the coaches helped with tips as well for the floor and rowing exercises.
I like the fact that the workouts are organized. The workouts are also diverse, with a goal of targeting specific areas of the body.
