The team is very friendly and we trust them with our dog 100%. Any time we need to board our dog or get his nails trimmed, there is always availability and I appreciate that. I speak highly of dogtopia to people I know and recommend it all the time. We are thankful that Stanley is in good hands at dogtopia when we travel or are at work!

The people who work with your dog seem so personable and know every dog that walks in the door. I feel very comfortable knowing my dog will be lovingly cared for.
Everything at Dogtopia runs smoothly and seems thoughtful. The only thing I don't love is that transparency around boarding pricing is not as good as it could be. I just boarded my dog for the first time and did not realize I would be charged for daycare and boarding. Other daycare facilities do not do that.
What I like about your services is that it's a place where my dog can come to get some socialization, exercise, and take a nap during the day. I also like the additional events that planned throughout the month my dog can participate in. The staff is professional, usually attentive, knows every dog by it's name.

You were so great with our Scottish Terrier Kevin during his first visit! We are so happy with the attentive staff, that he was in a room with dogs his size, and the play equipment you provided!

I appreciate the webcams that allow me to check-in during my pup's stay. He seemed safe and well-tended while he was with you.
I have one thing to add: I never saw anyone pet mine or any of the pups while in the toyroom. Maybe this happens when the cameras are off, but I know I asked if the dogs are given touch and individual attention at times and I was told "They are well taken care of." I guess I asked the wrong question. And I know the people in the room with the dogs are busy since there are so many dogs each day. The cleanliness is appreciated very much.
As I said, my dog seemed well cared for but he also lost some spirit a few days in and a loving cuddle might have helped him. He did come home to me safely and for that I am grateful.

The first couple times I brought my dog there, the lobby stunk like weed. I complained after several times because I was more concerned about my dog being properly taken care of.
My dog likes going there and I haven’t gotten any complaints. One time when I picked him up, one side of his body was soaked in urine. I brought him back inside asking why he was soaked in urine and they rinsed it off but with no soap and could not tell me why.
The other day at 8am I called several times to drop off my dog for the day and I kept getting an answering machine because it said they were busy. I called 3-4 times without being able to speak to anyone so I decided to just go there. When I got there, there was no one at the desk or lobby. I waited for at least 5 minutes and even tried calling Dogtopia as I was standing in the lobby. Hoping that someone would hear the phone and come to the lobby to help me and take my dog. Same thing happened, after being on hold, it went to voicemail. I finally opened the door to go to the back rooms and called out for someone. Finally someone came out.
Overall, I feel the staff there isn’t that competent but my dog does like going there. I can see my dog on camera which I like and makes me feel
Comfortable leaving him there. So instead of going every weekend for day camp, I take him maybe once a month.

I love the staff. Everyone is so nice, friendly and professional, which is noticeable at the moment that I walked in the door. In addition, the facility is clean, modern and the services are well thought out. There's day care, boarding, grooming, training and merchandise. It's like a one stop shop for your dog. I highly recommend this place for any dog lover
The staff are so friendly and I love the lady who took care of the dogs in the Park on the day my dog was there. She seems to really have a really good sense of what the dogs need and I see many of the dogs just follow her around. So wonderful to have a place where I can send my dog for daycare and socializing. Thank you!
