Outstanding customer service and care!
The staff was friendly and informative, and Layla was happy when we picked her up. Unfortunately, soon after picking her up, she had diarrhea. I packed her treats since she has a sensitive stomach, but I'm unsure if the staff fed her treats to Layla. The upset stomach could have been due to new treats or something else.
I feel that i was worried when someone called to schedule a meet and great after my dog has been there for a two days and when i saw her in the smaller playpen for long hours with no one to play with or staff interaction and when I checked out they charged the wrong card after I presented another card which lead me to cancel bringing my dog also I would have paid for a private session but this was my first time didn’t know about it
Everything helping to teach my dogs some social skills which he needed.
Staff are friendly, efficient and care for our dog greeting her by name. Facility is clean and the environment is stimulating
Well, I've just started and am technically not out of the orientation period. So far, so good. I would like to see the dogs have more activities throughout the day. But, really, we're just starting.
My dog is always excited to go to daycare, it’s clean, well organized, and the activities are so much fun (for both of us). The employees always greet us by name and genuinely bond with my dog. My dog is my child so having somewhere I can trust to take care of her means the world.
Caring people and easy to check in and out.
Applesauce loves Dogtopia, and so do we! He always has the best time, and comes home a happy, tired pup. It's nice as a family with only one dog to give him a safe place to socialize with other pups since he craves that time. We recently had to leave the state abruptly for a funeral, and it was fantastic being able to board Sauce where we knew he was well cared for. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dogtopia is a great place!

Great business hours and friendly staff!
it just seems a little disorganized still, and my dog was barking away alone in the bath room while I was checking out. and it was taking a while, so i had to ask if she would go get him so he didnt need to be stressed while we were checking out. And he was definetly stressed afterwards.
Is there any outdoor time?
We love that you keep the facility very clean at all times. We love that you have several staff members that truly love the pets and constantly interact with them. We love that your front desk staff are always so friendly. We love that you have crates so the pets have some quiet time as well as getting the room cleaned and disinfected thoroughly while they are in the crates.
Great staff, clean and I love the webcams.
I would like for the dogs to have play space outside.
I like the fact we can tune into the webcams to check on our pup.

We have been using Dogtopia for over four years and have been very pleased. More importantly, our pet absolutely LOVES spending time with his BFFFs.
We just returned after an absence of 4 months and our pet was warmly welcomed, re-transitioned to the pack and safely cared for while he played.

Not a knock against you guys, but you may love my dog too much. I had her stay over and asked for a brush out and her nails cut and you didn't because during your multiple attempts Zira cried like you were trying to murder her. (Which by the way she does, she's freaked out many a groomer). Other than that I love you guys and so does Zira. Have no problem taking her back. You always take good care of her.
The facility is so clean and the staff is unlike any other! So friendly and loving to all the pups!
The people who work there are extremely friendly, loving and patient with my dogs (who can be a handful), and I love all the fun extra activities and treat options they offer. Plus, the facility is very clean.
