Very friendly staff, easy to work with AND my dog loves going there.
Everyone treats Apollo like he's their own! He loves going to daycare to hang out with his friends and sing with everyone.

Everyone is beyond helpful for anything I or my Ruby needs. They help with behavioural issues and general anxiety with my dog as well. Made some great connections and have never felt so comfortable to have my dog taken care of while I’m gone. Not to mention the livestream is a great way to give myself piece of mind throughout the day
My puppy has both indoor and outdoor time. He is grouped with pups that have his size and energy. The staff care about him and have his best interest at heart. He can receive extra treats and other additional services if we choose. The times for drop off and pick up work well for busy lives.
Dogtopia Inwood is my favorite place to take my doggy’s to daycare.

The service was great but the program is not flexible for those who cannot not commit to weekly doggie daycare. Please bring back the pass system. Thanks

The staff and trainers are all so kind, and treat my dog really well.
I just wish the dogs were able to go outside sometimes. Especially when boarded. Other than that, I have no complaints an my dog absolutely loves it there.
I appreciate the care provided by the staff and the stringent safety protocols in place. The web cameras are helpful to ease any apprehension owners may have, although the dead spot near the door of the gym sometimes hides my dog so that I don’t know if the dog is in timeout in a crate or just in that corner.
I love that my dog gets so much free play time when he goes to Dogtopia. I also love that they provide webcams so you can watch them but in my experience they rarely work. But from what I saw I know he is having a blast and I’ve seen him follow the staff around so I know he is being taken care off. Unless you have a package it is quite expensive which is a drawback for me as I am a student but overall Dogtopia is a great daycare experience for your dog.
Communication with pet parents during boarding was essential to keep us at ease while we were away- we continue to use the boarding services as we know it’s a “home away from home” but with many more fur friends!

Variety of services is important. Offering daycare overnight boarding spa services and haircutting services are one of the reasons we like Dogtopia.
Great staffing, Cleanliness of the facility and the cameras are one of the reasons we continue to choose Dogtopia of GOLDEN VALLEY.
Most staff at Dogtopia of Bellevue are courteous, kind, and knowledgeable; however, there are some workers that do not handle the dogs with the same level of attentiveness and compassion as others. Removing the handling/treatment disparity between coaches would substantially improve the dogs’ day-to-day experiences. On numerous occasions, we’ve also seen dogs with higher energy, like our own, get separated from their BFFFs all day as a means to diminish hyperactivity - while we understand the importance of regulation, we believe there are better ways to control the dogs’ energies while keeping them with their crew (e.g., intermittent leash handling).
That being said, we are big fans of Dogtopia (doggo included!) - we certainly have more compliments than we do complaints.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide our feedback and look forward to continue sharing our experiences with this establishment with our friends and family!
I've been a little disappointed with the grooming. My dog often comes back not entirely dried out. Understand that there is a lot going on and a lot of dogs to handle, but his being not completely dried out makes it easier for him to pick up new dirt which kind of reduces the effectiveness of the bath portion of the groom
I know Moose gets the best treatment at DT. The little extras that are available help the time pass quickly until Mom and Dad get home
The staff (especially Erin) keeps me posted on how Moose is doing
