Very friendly staff, clean and dogs are well cared for.

I think you make effort to protect dogs. Ex: I was called letting me know Fred's bordatella was expired and he could not go into the dog room They placed in a crate and isolated. I really appreciated knowing they are keeping on this.
I was able to get him at lunch and have him vaccinated and return him.

The staff is always nice and Fred is always excited to go inside

I like the videos but I do wish you would add a second camera in the big dog room because you really can not see the back of the room

It would be great to have 2 attendants for each play room

The only hesitation I have is how expensive it is a now. The price increase and removing the ability to buy a pack at a discount and instead forcing a schedule (every week or multiple times a week) was extremely disappointing.

For that I have stopped recommending it to people or I tell them it’s what we use but the options for pricing aren’t great so they should look around a bit.

My dog always has fun and is excited to go. I like how easy it is to drop my dog off for daycare without scheduling ahead. I also like that there are cameras to check in on my pup, and that lunch is fed to him if I bring it. Not all daycares have this!

Tucker stays active all day. The fact he's playing and just not at home alone on days we work long hours

I love how happy the staff at Dogtopia is to see my pup in the morning. Intake is so efficient and quick. He can’t wait to see his friends, so it’s nice not to have to wrangle him while we wait. I love the large open playroom. Weather is never an issue. I am glad for the crate rotation because he has trouble slowing down in his own. The webcams are a terrific way to see how the dogs interact. I’m also impressed with the range of services, the cleanliness, and the price.

My dog is so excited to come each week. He has so much fun, and the cleaning standards are excellent. My dog got sick from another day care, but not at Dogtopia!

It would be nice if the dogs had a designated place to go to the bathroom, my dog always comes home smelling really bad. Also the camera in the romper room moved, it would be nice if they moved it back so you can see the whole play room.

I don’t like the dogs going to the bathroom on the floor. I’ve worked hard to train my dog not to do that, anywhere. Is there water available ?

We love the staff and the service, they are so easy to deal with and are very flexible with times and days.

The people are always so friendly and helpful. They really know what people go with what dogs. They were and are super helpful with my dog… He had issues with us collar when first starting. They were so patient and worked with me. He even knows what days are his and try’s to hurry me out the door in the morning.

Good socialization time for my dog, he plays Al day and comes home so happy and tired. The staff is great.

I can't watch my pups all the time on the webcam, but the 2x's per week they come and I do catch the cam, they are just walking around in circles, playing or fighting with other dogs, but basically just walking around following the attendant. I thought I would see them actually playing games with dog toys or playing on the obstacle equipment or being taught how to maneuver the equipment. I would like to see them do more than what I have been able to see them do so far.

Very dependable. They take very good care of my dog at daycare two days a week and I have boarding 2 to 3 times a year from 3 or 4 days sometimes 11 or 12 and Leo comes home in great shape

Love that the dogs are free to roam most of the day with a "nap time" to allow them to reset. I love the webcam. Staff works very hard and takes great care of the dogs.
