They are easily accessible, very knowledgeable and very patient. Great educators and were very helpful with troubleshooting any unforeseen problems.
We checked out the cloud-based raintree two years ago and were extremely disappointed then. There has been a 180 degree change since then. The customer support and service seems SO much better. The cost is much more reasonable also. Last year, the representative wanted to charge us $12,000 and said we would get a credit for being with the company for almost twenty years. When we got the proposed contract we were still being charged $12,000 and instead of getting a credit there was an extra CHARGE on the contract. We couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one would return our calls so we went with ChiroTouch. What a pleasant change the company has made. I wish it would've been like this two years ago - we don't like Chirtouch as well. Raintree seems to be so user-friendly and it is SO much easier to get a hold of someone. Jason was especially patient with us as we made quite a few phone calls to him with questions.
