Raintree allows us the flexibility to subscribe to the level of service needed to best suit our business needs. Raintree's phone representatives are extremely knowledgeable about Raintree's program and services, and they are pleasant to work with. They patiently answer all of my questions and walk me through the process. If they don't know the answer, they research it and contact me with their findings. They are pros at helping clients navigate the system.

Thus far Raintree has provided many features to make daily routines easier to monitor and to keep up with including the financial piece, what has been posted, which notes have been written and signed off on, scheduling, cancellations, what documentation has been reeturned (POC's) etc.
I like the fact that it is a total system.

The program has been improve,upgrade, update according morden medical practice which has been so complicated and daily changes.The program is so friendly and easy adaptive to everyone who is not computer expert. I had an urgent matter early this morning and ended up leaving a message. Too my surprise and great relief, I received a call back from Jim Mouton. He was able to fix the issue very quickly and show me how to take care of it myself in the future. His friendly attitude toward an end user is very appreciated by this end user.
Recently, our team had the opportunity to work with Indhu and another gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) for usability testing. It was a fun project and Indhu even laughed with us as we worked our way through it. Good thing it was for test patients only...…
Soon after, April and I were invited to join a conference call with Angelique and Nikayla to discuss actually using the product Dose Spot. As an aside, I found out from our liability that we were eligible for a discount to our premium by using this improved product. I am sure other practices may be interested in checking this out.
I cannot thank Tricia Morgan-Putt enough for helping us with our Rev-edition. With her help, we are making excellent forward progress and I can show a measurable improvement in claim processing and cash flow.
