However, PDI was rushed a bit and question about electric water heater wasn’t answered. We asked about a spare tire and were told it was probably under the coach. Later when we got home, we discovered the problem. Because the slide was out, we hadn’t seen that the spare tire was being used where there should have been a tire with matching aluminum wheel. We are missing a wheel!
Was that intentional or just something General RV overlooked?

I like my service manger, Cal, my salesman is a good guy and the front staff is always friendly. Billing always takes too long.

Internet sales and pricing was good. The pdi fee was a joke as we picked a handful of punchlist items that should have been found. We spend 5hrs instead of 2hrs for pick up do to their poor inspection. Also the exterior package covers roof. Employees stated they don't treat roofs. I told them it was part of package and finance people agree. They cleaned roof stains off brand new camper and treated. Service manager Jeff was clueless when asked about certain items.
The mechanics m, technicians, sales manager and finance manager were all helpful, answered all our questions and suggested different methods to deal with certain situations. We found everyone very friendly and customer focused.
The workers there were extremely friendly and were willing to help us with our hitch issues.
