The salesman Rob Klongelheber was amazing. He was the one who kept the deal together and took great care to make sure that we were taken care of as best he could. I would ANYONE that is looking at an RV reach directly out to him before talking to anyone else there. Heck… call ahead an ask for him directly!

The people were very nice, polite, and helpful! I think I got a great deal and after continuing to look, I know I did.
I cannot discuss the quality of repairs for the few items identified during delivery yet, but I can say the techs jumped on the issues and were very actively trying to correct them quickly. Everyones situation is different and the General RV staff worked with me on everything.

We had the best experience with your team. Mark Roblow was absolutely awesome, spent as much time as we needed to walk through and explain everything to us. Clyde in finance was another highlight for us, a super friendly and helpful guy. You all exceeded our expectations, our last RV we purchased from Camping World, you all blew them away.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!! Rich is a great asset to the company, he is very knowledgeable and thorough and was very patient with us and due to this being our first experience with an RV, I was feeling sorry for him. Anyway, you all rule. PS, Rich even repaired a hood latch that was not functioning properly, he is the best. Love our new RV!!!!!!
