Having been to other RV sales we really enjoyed the experience we had with Rob S , Denise in finance and James. They made it all about us and what we wanted. It was fun and we found the perfect 5th wheel for us. We will definitely use General RV for everything we do.

General rv made sure my camper was taken care of even though the company who supplied the stove for my camper said they didn’t want to warranty it due them deeming it cosmetic damage

Camping from South Carolina to family in Grand Rapids. Had issues with our travel trailer heater. Trevor Tyler got us in next day, the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly! Great employees and best service! Well stocked facility. Saved our trip back home. Thank you!

I have had a couple of problems with some work that General RV had done. Each time our problem was resolved to both parties satisfaction. That’s why I come back , when we need our trailer serviced.

Where can I start just go meet? The. Staff Byron? Johnson. Is Funniesthi's phone has manager from the front desktined back? Cursing friendly polite customer service and specially don't forget service. Forgive me can remember all the names but that's wrong. But Birch Run general rv is my spot.

We felt very at ease, not pressured into take this one but listened to and insightful questions asked and thoughtful selection on what we looked at. Everyone was great! Dave R. And Mandy were exceptional. Answered my questions fully without making me feel like an idiot. So happy we decided to stop in as we were headed home from a completely unrelated errand.

Both of the salesmen we had were very good. We started with Garret Desanza who took us around to multiple units trying to get one that checked everything we were looking for. He took his time with us and put in a good effort but we did not locate a unit my wife and I agreed on. After our initial visit the following week I located the Coachmen we ended up purchasing. We found out Garret had gone to another store and we now had Justin Allen. We drove back over to look at the Coachmen. We had a hard time locating it due to it being in the pasture. Justin stayed late to show us the unit. Greatly appreciated his time.

What do you like about our company?

Our purchase felt like we were doing business with family. Yes, General RV is a big company, but the brief negotiations that took place were very cordial and fair. Everyone there was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured to purchase, or rushed. After signing all the paperwork, I was surprised that they had closed for the day about 45 minutes prior to us finishing - and it was chewing into their weekend. Highly recommend, and highly recommend Nicholas our salesperson.
