Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They did not pressure us to purchase a new camper. They explained the benefits and negatives of purchasing a camper. The demonstration was very informative and went over everything in the camper. No one made us feel like we were rushed to look through the campers, sign the papers quickly to get out. Very impressive with every one we dealt with. Thanks.

Employees are both helpful and knowledgeable. Our RV was delivered in tip-top shape. The walk through was extremely beneficial in getting us acquainted with the features of our Grand Design Imagine XLS 17MKE. The cleanliness and organization of the General RV facility is a reflection of a class dealership.
